Poorani Srinivasan
With over 20 years of experience in the automobile industry, Poorani brings extensive expertise in Bill of Material Management, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations, Project Management, and Business Analysis. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications and an MBA in Operations Management. Certified in Operations Management, IIBA-CBAP and IIBA-CPOA, she is committed to continuous improvement in her field. As a public speaker and trainer, she mentors young professionals, helping them gain domain expertise & navigate their career paths effectively. She is passionate about volunteering, particularly in initiatives supporting the upliftment of women & the education of children. She has been actively contributing to the Business Analysis community as a Board Member of the IIBA Chennai Chapter since 2019.

Sinnakkrishnan Perumal
A seasoned professional specializing in Requirement Engineering and BA/Consulting Practice Management, Sinnakkrishnan is currently working as Special Projects Practice Head at IDF Education Ltd. Previously, Sinnakkrishnan led various high-stakes BA/Consulting projects across Banking, Healthcare, and Telecommunications sectors, demonstrating strong leadership in business analysis and process improvement. Sinnakkrishnan holds Fellow Programme in Management (a Doctoral equivalent degree) from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Product Management from Great Learning, India. He is certified in IIBA CCA, SAFE POPM, SAFE Agilist, Design for Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP. Sinnakkrishnan has published multiple book chapters on E-Governance and Workflow Verification.

Being a passionate Business analysis professional, has a rich experience of working with cross-functional teams across organization towards Digitalization and Process improvement. She holds CBAP and CPOA certification from IIBA. She is an amazing mentor and comes up with quick learning techniques that benefit any learner. She believes in empowering women through education and upskilling.

He holds CBAP, CSPO, and PCBA certifications, and has successfully managed end-to-end project life cycles. His versatility is showcased through his roles as Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Project Manager.

As a business analyst with firms that provide products and services, Gireesh Subramonian has nearly two decades of cumulative expertise in the IT / ITES industries. At the moment, he works with EY GDS India LLP. His background is in the financial services sector, mainly in the insurance domain. He holds the CBAP®️ and CPOA®️ credentials from IIBA. He is a Certified Product Manager (CPM®️ - AIPMM), SAFe POPM®️ (Scaled Agile Inc.), and a Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI®️), (LOMA, USA).
